Richard Dufour is the founder of the firm. His reputation for excellence, transparency and thoroughness has won him the trust and respect of his many clients. He has pleaded civil and commercial litigation cases before all levels of the Quebec courts. For more than 30 years, he has also acted as General Consultant on a number of businesses in asbestos litigation cases in the United States.

 

 

Implication et engagement : Mr. Dufour has always been very involved in his profession. He has chaired a number of arbitration boards and is currently corresponding syndic for the Barreau du Québec. In addition to being a member of the American Defense Research Institute, he is a board member of Pro Bono Québec, a member of the International Law Committee of the Canadian Bar Association, and a past member and chair of the board of directors of the Ste-Rose CLSC.
