Me Ethier practices independently within the Dufour Mottet team with which she has collaborated since 2015. Her fields of expertise are civil and commercial litigation more particularly construction law, where she represents specialized contractors and suppliers of materials. She regularly handling claims related to delays, breach of contract and recovery of debts. Her loyal clientele for more than twenty years is mainly composed of small and medium-sized enterprises. She is appreciated for her accessibility, availability and rigorousness.
Interests and involvement: Her knowledge of construction law allows her to provide training to the various stakeholders in the construction industry. She has also been a lecturer at the Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law at the Université de Montréal since the fall of 2006.
